Great hotel for near the station, and central to walk for the castle, tribunali street, Spanish quarter, sansevero museum and cathedral. Bed very comfy, room spacious, 24 hour reception, friendly staff. It was clean and we felt safe. Short walk to the train station but not noisy at night. Air conditioning in the rooms.

It was in a central location. Near the station. However the hotel is behind a deprived residential area. The hotel was spotless, rooms cleaned daily and it wasn’t noisy. Bathrooms have a hair dryer too. Breakfast is available but basic. Staff were very helpful. Good value for money

V central, very clean and comfortable. It's a 5 min walk to Alibus (airport coach) and Garibaldi station.. easy to get the train to Pompeii and the metro across town. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Location is great. Staff at the reception were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room, linen, cleanliness were good. Overall, nice stay.

Great hotel. Fantastic location, clean, quiet and the staff could not be more helpful!! I have been to Naples a few times and stay here every time.

The room was clean and quiet. The heavy window made it sound proof and very good for sleeping. bathroom was good size and very functional. The ac worked very very well and that is a huge plus bc it was hot and sticky outside! I actually like that the property is quirky and has its own style.

Great hotel, just a minute from Napoli Centrale station. Tip: take the right hand side exit from the station as you come from the trains and you'll find yourself at the entrance of the hotel. The owners of the hotel have taken great interest in the upkeep, presentation and ambience of the place. The receptionist Ida looks really stern but is so helpful with everything from the accommodation, to places to see, travel arrangements, everything. The rooms were pleasantly different: the living room and bathroom downstairs and the bedroom on a loft upstairs.

Great location, staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating, gave us tips for sightseeing, using underground and also help us making calls and translate to italian when we were making further travel arrangements. Room very clean, bed very comfortable, good internet.

The location was pretty good right near the train station, the rook was clean and the bed pretty confortable.

Great location around the corner from Naples railway station. Room was clean and comfortable. My daughter enjoyed proper bath as it is getting less to see a spacious bathroom with good bathtab in hotel rooms these days. When I could not work out the air conditioning, they quickly sent an engineer to show me. We didnt eat there but hotel interior was elegant and chic. There are a lot of friendly cafes around to enjoy breakfast. Station is 2 minutes walk away where we could eat or shop any necessities. We got there at night and staff kindly told us which restaurant was still open for late dinner. But even if we didnt have that option, the station had everything.
